Thank you for using BibleChat. Our mission is to provide meaningful ways for you to engage with the Bible through modern technology. By using our mobile application or related services (collectively, "BibleChat"), you are entering into a legal agreement with BibleChat Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using BibleChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

BibleChat grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our app for personal, non-commercial, and spiritual growth purposes.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Fair Use: You agree not to use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Bible texts or AI features beyond normal human usage patterns.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Bible Content

The Bible translations available on BibleChat (e.g., NIV, ESV, KJV) are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. You may use them for personal study but may not distribute, sell, or commercially exploit these texts without explicit permission from the copyright owners.

BibleChat Assets

The app's design, code, logos, and features are owned by BibleChat Studio LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Contributions

You may create notes, prayers, and chat logs ("User Contributions"). You retain ownership of this content. However, to provide the service, you grant BibleChat a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your contributions as needed for your app experience.

Public Sharing: If you choose to share a Verse Image or a prayer publicly, you understand that other users may see that content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use BibleChat to:

• Upload or generate content that is profane, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Interfere with the security or servers of BibleChat.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or app architecture.
• Use the service to spread misinformation or impersonate others.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS-IS Basis: BIBLECHAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED ANSWERS.

Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibleChat Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated spiritual advice.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BibleChat at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our mission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new date at the top of this page or via in-app notification. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
